Exclamation Why is Europe getting more than America?

According to this European game site, their Collectors Edition of Factions contains an extra key to add an additional character slot! Why doesn't ours?

http://shop.game.net/ViewProduct.asp...144&mid=328036

Also, look on the Guild Wars website at the contents of our game packages, compared to the European Packages. Now, I'm not one to be petty and don't particularly care if I get a collectible plastic activation card or a poster. But I do care about the fact that they may get and extra slot that we American gamers just aren't privy to apparently.

Anyone else know anything about this?

Gaile Grey was in LA International District 1 last night after the servers were brought back up, but she avoided all the questions people wanted answers to and talked about cake, tinkerbell and leopard slippers, and lead a conga line around LA.

Needless to say, I was very upset that I stayed up till 2 am only to hear her talk about her slippers.

I thought I'd noticed something about that. Meh, beats me. I'd "hope" there's a decent enough reason for it though, assuming I'm not just misreading something.

well if they even DO get an extra slot, why would they all be playing right NOW? My theory is that Europe has steped up its game after watching the tourney.

I thought Gaile and/or the press release confirmed that as being false...

According to Gaile everyone's on equal footing as far as slots go.

Several sites reported that extra char slot before the press release. But Gaile already said that the only correct information will be that posted on guildwars.com.
